We have used Best Value Copies for years (Since 2010!). They typically ask questions if there is any issue and I have never had a problem with the quality. They are receptive to messages and turn the product around in a timely manner.

They were very fast and even emailed me to confirm a few things, which shows they truly care about the quality of their work. 10/10 will use them again for large print jobs!(:

Best Value Copy IS the best value! I read about them in an online article about good alternatives to Fedex/Kinko's currently sky-high copying costs. I entrusted Best Value with a 55-sides bound booklet of narrative and many color photos that I needed 25 copies of. Within a week, I had those 25 PERFECT copies back in my hands in Minnesota, beautifully packed so that they arrived in immaculate condition. All at about 25% of the cost I'd have incurred at Kinko's! And I just had the same experience with my Christmas letter--perfect copies delivered within a few days, including some extras in case I needed them. And when, the morning after I'd submitted my order online and realized there was a major "oops!" at the bottom of one page, I was able to reach customer service, talk to a real person, and send a corrected PDF file to replace the one I'd sent the night before. I HIGHLY recommend Best Value Copy!

Best Value Copy is a smaller company as evident from their website, but their printing service is good value for smaller orders, the service is fast, and the quality is excellent.
